Sometimes people feel fatigue, laziness, stress and mental inactivity – they do need energy drinks.

Many people use different things to increase their energy level. Some go towards any fruit juice for refreshment; some may eat an apple; some may prefer a walk for sometime, and most commonly prefer coffee or tea. With changing trends another substitute has been circulating in the market. This is specifically manufactured to boost your energy and within a short period of time has become a very important staple of life. These are available in the form of drinks and are known as energy drinks as well as in the form of bars and are known as energy bars. The main feature of both the supplements is to provide energy and to enhance body function in order to perform physical activities.

Energy supplements are very common and are used by every individual but are used by mostly sportsmen, youngsters and all those who are having a job having the tough physical task to achieve. Although they are common in effect but are having some differences and advantages over each other.

Energy boosting drinks:

It is observed in many people that energy supplements in the form of liquid or energy drinks are having a very quick energy hike up, because of the increase in level of Caffeine, but is also having a very quick energy break up when the level of caffeine  decreases. These energy supplements are the concentrated type of caffeine with some other minerals and vitamins extracts. These vitamins are actually not adding into the body but just bringing a feel of energy, and a person feels like he take something very healthy and energetic. There is a big problem with them that these are very much diuretic, and you may have to visit the bathroom for several times while busy in an important activity or task.

Energy bars:

On the other hand, energy bars are having a long lasting energetic effect as compare to the drinks. The reason is that they are rich with calorie ingredients and are providing complete energy to the body. These bars are not good for dieters.
