Fitness – An Important Factor for Body
Fitness is a state that represents our good health, and it may be created as a result of exercise and a healthy nutrition. Now days most of the people are very much worried about their fitness regime, as you know that now days almost everyone is very much fond of food and when they start eating, they forget about their health and diet. Due to which they end up with obesity. Obesity is one of the major problems of the people now days.
To fight with obesity people do a lot of gyms, but after some days they fed up of this gym routine and come back to their normal routine. One should balance his or her life so that he can enjoy all the blessings of the life like; if he eats a lot than he should also do some exercise so that he can burn his calories. So exercise is a must and important part of everyone’s life.
Importance of exercise:
Exercise is quite important in everyone’s life, though he or she is a teenager, adult or an old person, he or she should spend few minutes in the exercise. Exercise burns the extra calories in your body and makes you active the whole day.
Not only is this, there is a lot of Importance of exercise likes; after the exercise, one reduces his or her weight, reduces the stress from his mind and have a fresh mind. Exercise helps you to reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression, increase the density of the bones and improve the quality of your life.
Apart from this, the one who does exercise regularly his bones are denser than the other people. He has a better sleep than the others and most importantly exercise boosts your mind.
So you should do exercise regularly and make it an important part of your life as it don’t have any side effects and is just giving you a healthy life.
Finding the right Exercise:
If you have finished making up your mind to have a fitness regime, the next thing that strikes your mind is that, what kind of exercise you must do, so that you can lose your weight and can remain healthy. Finding the right exercise is very important, as if one will do the wrong exercise or in a wrong way he or she may get injured and instead of bringing fitness in their lives, they may bring other problems in their lives.
While choosing an exercise one must keep few things in his or her mind:
- Exercise choice:
The exercise you are choosing must be entertaining to you so that you don’t get bore of it and can make it your habit. Most of the time, it had been witnessed that if one find pleasure in performing a task, they do it repeatedly, so if you will have fun during the exercise you will do it regularly.
- It should not be weather dependent:
Whatever exercise you choose must not depend on the weather conditions, as the weather chances over the time. So choose an exercise that does not get affected by the weather conditions.
- Bring a variety in your exercise:
You must select 2 to 3 exercises so that if you get tired with one exercise, you can perform the other one and then the third one. In this way, due to the variety of exercises you can spend more time in doing the exercises.
Fitness for children and young people:
Children and young people are the future of a country so the fitness for children and young people is very important. They should do exercise almost an hour a day and whereas the children are concerned, they should play the out door games.
Outdoor games are the best way to keep the children healthy as it not only burns their extra calories, but also makes them healthy, sharper and stronger, which are the symbols of a good health. Now days the children are always either sitting in front of the computer or are watching television, they had almost finished their outdoor playing habits due to which they are not as fit as they had to be. So they should be encouraged to play outdoor games regularly.
How much exercise?
To get a healthy lifestyle one should exercise but how much exercise is enough in a day is the important question. The researches had proven that one should have a vigorous exercise of almost 60 minutes a day, and during this time period, he burns off all the extra calories from his body.
So maintain your health you should almost do the exercise for 60 minutes, which will keep you healthy and fresh the whole day. So make it,your habit to exercise at least 60 minutes a day.
Sports injuries:
Sports injuries are very common during the hectic exercises so you don’t have to take tension about them, but it does not mean that you have to neglect them. When you face any injury during the exercise, you must get an immediate treatment of that injury and then must have a rest of few days until you have completely recovered from it.
The best way to avoid these injuries is that before beginning with the harsh exercises you must have a warm up. With the help of warm up your muscles get a bit loosen so they don’t get injured, and you can have your exercises without any injury.
Finding time to exercise:
People are very much busy in their hectic schedules and don’t get time for exercise but for a healthy lifestyle and for avoiding a number of diseases they must find time to exercise.
Finding time to exercise is very easy as one can do exercise early in the morning which is quite healthy for you, or in the evening when you return from your jobs. The morning exercises help you have a healthy and fresh day all ay long where as the exercise done in the night helps you releasing all the tensions of the day and a good sleep at night.
