Today 60% of the people have obesity.

The modern trend of fast Food and the use of machines have facilitated an easy going life to men and women. If a person’s Body Mass Index measurement goes beyond 25 to 29,9 he is affected by obesity

In the olden days, inAfricathe fat and bulky women had a privileged place in the society. Today having a slim body makes a person look young and charming. The present day living conditions do not favor the people to maintain a balance body weight. The following are some of the causes for obesity:

Today’s fast Food contains rich calories and proteins. The excessive adding of ghee, butter and fat containing oil makes the food very tasty but it causes to accumulate the fat in the body.

Today children, men and women carry out their work by machines. They have no chance to shed their energy. Earlier people used to walk long distances to attend schools, shops and other organizations. Today everybody travels in vehicles. One cannot afford to waste time.

Today most of the people spend their time in front of TV or computers. A life without any movements becomes heavy and physically inactive. The environment and the culture of a particular place cause obesity.

Some people are biologically affected by hormones or genes and it becomes very difficult to lose weight. Some become fat even if they eat very less. The psychological suffering and the nervous behavior causes in some people obesity.

Carrying excessive weight for a long time may cause to heart diseases, stroke, Diabetes , blood pressure, arthritis gall bladder disorder cancer and breathing difficulties.

The following tips can help for shedding out fat accumulation:

- Early morning drinking the lemon water or Orange juice will cleanse well the intestine and  burn out fat.

-The jogging, running or fast walking in the early morning will burn out the fat.

- The long breathing exercise until emptying the air fully from the bowels and stomach will help to maintain a slim body.

-Doing Pranayama and Surya Namaskar in the morning helps to shed calories.

- A strong motivation and the positive affirmation, meditation, listening to subliminal music on weight loss helps to shed over weight.

- Eating of vegetable, raw food and cereals, fruits, and calcium rich food items are ideal to lose weight with sure results.

- Reducing the protein item like eating of excessive meat and eggs is very complementary to reduce calories.

- Consuming of less salty food is very necessary to lose weight.

Man should have a peaceful mind. He must be well motivated without too much anxiety to see the quick results. He must psychologically program his mind and persevere without any tension.
